By accessing our website or using our dispatch services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
ProRoutes Dispatch offers independent truck dispatching services, including but not limited to:

Load booking and negotiation

Route planning and optimization

Broker communication and paperwork management

Driver support and coordination
We do not own or operate trucks, and we are not responsible for the actual transportation of goods.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old

Have proper operating authority (MC/DOT number) if applicable

Comply with all federal, state, and industry regulations
4. Payment and Fees

Our dispatching services are subject to agreed-upon fees, which will be outlined in a separate Dispatch Agreement.

Payments must be made on time as per the agreement.

Failure to pay will result in the suspension of all services until payment is received.

A $100 late fee will be added every Friday for each week the payment remains unpaid.

Services will only resume once the full outstanding balance, including any late fees, has been paid.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients may cancel services with prior written notice as per the Dispatch Agreement.

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued based on the specific terms in our agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability

ProRoutes Dispatch is not liable for any losses, damages, or delays caused by third-party brokers, shippers, or carriers.

We do not guarantee load availability or specific freight rates.

Clients are responsible for maintaining valid insurance and compliance with transportation laws.
7. User Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and updated information.

Compliance with all applicable transportation laws is required.

We are not responsible for missed appointments, DOT violations, or driver actions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, and graphics, is owned by ProRoutes Dispatch and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
9. Privacy Policy
Your personal and business information will be handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with unauthorized third parties.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Montana, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montana.
